NATURAL- DRY PROCESS
The natural process definitely adds flavors to the coffee such as fruitiness and sweetness regardless of variety and region. Natural coffees are often described to have red wine like flavors
WASHED- WET PROCESS
Also know as wet processing method, is the other main way to process coffee. In the washed process all of the fruit flesh is removed mechanically from the coffee bean before the beans are dried.

sidama

OUR COFFEE
There are growing demands for high quality coffee in the international market today. This has given coffee producing countries like Ethiopia an impetus to increase the quality as well as the quantity of coffee we produce. For improving coffee quality and meet market demands, attention has been given to exploring genetic and environmental factors as well as agronomic and other coffee management practices. Coffee beans originating from the high altitude had significantly higher first grade and Q1 grade points than coffee beans originating from the low and middle altitudes. That's why our coffee is carefully picked from high altitude areas of Ethiopia.
